harvesting: last week of june

my black raspberries are ripening!
saturday evening i stood in the backyard with a good friend and her silly children picking everything we could find and consuming it immediately.

this week i'll pull a few sweet onions too. the market no longer has any spring onions and i am missing them something terrible. i just love the little slivers of them in a salad.

things are starting to get exciting...
