today i had a downy woodpecker in my backyard.
last weekend i saw a flock of canadian geese migrating back with one white goose in its midst. i thought to look because as they all were honking and one sounded different.

didn't build the beds today. the people at home depot were incredibly unhelpful, leaving me to lift twelve foot 2x8's from over my head. twelve of them. i thought it was unsafe and absurd and decided screw them.

i can get the wood for cheaper at the local hardware store it turns out.
hopefully i'll be able to make progress tomorrow. i decided to make them 5x7 because four feet seemed too narrow for my needs.

spent today rearranging furniture. what can i say, i'm a dork.
