convenience has its price

what i am finding is that the convenience of picking up eggs at the store wins out. even if my prices are better and the eggs are fresher.

i think i have 3 dozen eggs at least at my house right now. i picked up two dozen alone yesterday (after skipping a day). if i remind people that they may want some, everyone is down, but when i don't, they don't and then i am left with an obscene amount of eggs.

tonight i will be making at least two quiches.
shit. what was i thinking?!

well, maybe too many eggs is good in a recession...
