monday, i made banana bread.
also put a tarp across my chicken room and set up my guest room.

tuesday, i made homemade mac and cheese.
and created a makeshift root cellar for my carrots, using Tupperware under-bed storage and peat moss.

today? today i'll dig parsnips and clean my bedrooms.
make more applesauce? man, peeling apples is hard. and time consuming.
