coffee to go, diy style

this morning i am sipping on some iced coffee i brewed using a recipe from Apartment Therapy with a dollop of homemade whipped cream on top.

while a milk cow is sometimes an intimidating thought, more often than not i wish i had one—all that fresh cream, butter and milk i could have at my disposal? oh my.

(full disclosure: the coffee tasted a little bitter initially, but also, i am not a 100 percent coffee lover either)
